Nitto developed this tire with a heightened sidewall design with longitudinal launch traction. Through the NT05R’s specific race compound and large contact patch, this tire can take on any competition with uniform force dispersed across the tread. This tire works best with dry competition usage.
- A Perfect Pair: The NT05R drag radial works in unison with the NT05 max performance street tire, so you can put the drag radials on the rear axle, where rear-wheel drive vehicles need the most traction, and the NT05s on the front axle. When developing both product lines, Nitto developed sizing to fit modern performance vehicles.

Upon purchasing tires from SpeedyTire, an order receipt will be emailed upon successful purchase. Once purchased, an order can be filled either same day, or within a day, if not placed on the weekend. All orders placed on the weekend won't be filled until the following business week. - We accept returns as long as they are returned to us within 35 days of delivery. We will only accept returns on tires that have not been installed - are unused (not been driven on) and are not damaged. Please call 1-833-6SPEEDY to arrange to have the product returned. Once approved - you will be eligible for a refund. The refund will equal the total price that was processed on your credit card less freight charges to ship back to the distribution center unless we were at fault for shipping the wrong tires.
