Upon purchasing tires from SpeedyTire, an order receipt will be emailed upon successful purchase. Once purchased, an order can be filled either same day, or within a day, if not placed on the weekend. All orders placed on the weekend won't be filled until the following business week. Once the order has been shipped, it can usually take between 1-5 days to be delivered. Sometimes, if there is a service disruption such as bad weather, this can take longer until service is restored. - You ordered the incorrect fitment.

- The quality of the tire isn't to your liking.

- You're not highly satisfied with your purchase.

- We accept returns as long as they are returned to us within 35 days of delivery. We will only accept returns on tires that have not been installed - are unused (not been driven on) and are not damaged. Please call 1-833-6SPEEDY to arrange to have the product returned. Once approved - you will be eligible for a refund. The refund will equal the total price that was processed on your credit card less freight charges to ship back to the distribution center unless we were at fault for shipping the wrong tires.
